A 125-m German Type 1936A destroyer sunk 10 April 1940 during the First Battle of Narvik. Torpedoed by HMS Havock while moored alongside a supply tanker in Narvik harbor; 72 of her crew died. Moved to Framnesodden in 1964 and opened to diving. Rests at 24 m on the Ofotfjord floor in Norway. Fellow destroyers Z-19 Hermann Künne and Z-21 Wilhelm Heidkamp were lost in the same engagement. Advanced Open Water certification with cold-water experience required.
