We read every message.
DiveSight is built and run by a small team that actually dives. Whether you’re stuck on something, you’ve found a bug, or you have a suggestion that could make the app better — we want to hear it.
The fastest way to reach us. If you’d like a reply, this is the channel — we typically respond within a couple of business days.
What can we help with?
For quick answers to common questions — how forecasts work, what the free tier includes, how iNaturalist sync works, dive computer log imports — see the FAQ on the home page. For anything not covered there, the form below goes straight to our inbox.
Forecast questions
Curious how the marine life or visibility forecast works at a particular site? Want to flag a forecast you think missed the mark? Tell us the site and the date.
Dive site corrections
See a site with the wrong coordinates, depth, description, or species list? Send the site name and the correction — we use these to keep the catalog accurate.
Species & wildlife
A species missing from the catalog, in the wrong category, or showing up in the wrong region? Let us know — species data is curated and we keep it updated.
Account & billing
Trouble signing in, restoring a Pro subscription, or any subscription/billing question. Include the email on your account so we can look it up.
Dive log imports
Trouble importing a logbook from a specific dive computer file? Email us the file and the make/model — we’ll get it ingesting.
Anything else
Feature ideas, bug reports, partnerships, press, kind words. We read it all.
Send us a note
Same form as inside the app. When you submit, your default email app opens with everything pre-filled and sends to admin@divesight.org— no account required.
For the love of the ocean.
DiveSight is an independent project. There’s no support queue, no chatbot, and no offshore call center — just three siblings who actually use the app and read every message.
