Meemu Atoll, Maldives
Blue-striped snappers gather in large aggregations around coral bommies. Branching acropora thickets provide shelter for clouds of juvenile reef fish. Indian ocean sailfish is frequently encountered here. Hawksbill sea turtle and Napoleon wrasse are also seen during most visits. Gentle conditions on the lagoon side make this suitable for varied skill levels.
