South Malé Atoll, Kaafu Atoll

This reef formation sits within Kaafu Atoll's lagoon margin spans depths of 10m to 16m. Barracuda form dense spiraling schools in the blue water column. Emperor angelfish and Clark's anemonefish are also often sighted near the formation. Moderate currents sweep nutrients across the reef, sustaining fish life.
