Bundegi Reef

Exmouth, Western Australia, Australia

A shore-access and shallow-boat dive reef in Exmouth Gulf, Western Australia, on the east side of the North West Cape. Depths 5-18 m across a mixed sand-and-coral bottom. Protected from Indian Ocean swell by the cape. Observed species include reef sharks, rays, cuttlefish, moray eels, and a range of reef fish. Suitable for Open Water divers. Commonly used for training dives and novice-friendly day trips from Exmouth.
