Davillaun

Davillaun Island, Galway

Dropping into the Atlantic off Davillaun Island, Davillaun features rugged terrain of fissured rock, deep gullies, and kelp-draped boulders. Vertical surfaces are carpeted in Ross coral, plumose anemones, and dead man's fingers coral. The gullies shelter cuckoo wrasse and common dragonet.
