Grotto Bay Barges

Central Bermuda

This barge sits at 8 meters, gradually merging with the surrounding reef through decades of marine colonization. The hull is coated in soft corals, building productive reef habitat that supports a dense fish community. Green sea turtle and great barracuda drift over the structure, joined by black grouper foraging along the periphery of the site.
