Half Way Island Slope

Coral slope in Torres Strait descends from shallow reef flats at approximately 5 m to 18 m, with hard and soft coral formations. Giant trevally and other pelagic species patrol the slope, while green sea turtles and grey reef sharks are frequent sightings.
