The northern entrance to Lady Musgrave Island's lagoon — a natural reef pass into the only coral cay lagoon in Australia accessible to large vessels. Depths 5-25 m on hard-coral bommies and lagoon drop-offs; 14 dive sites around the atoll including Manta Bombie, The Drop-off, and Napoleon's Wall. Resident green turtles (major nesting rookery Oct-Mar), reef sharks, Queensland groupers, schooling fusiliers. Mild conditions inside the lagoon; Open Water-friendly.
