Moray Beach (Hon Mun)

Hon Mun Marine Protected Area, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

A shallow reef dive off Hon Mun Island in the Nha Trang Bay Marine Protected Area, Vietnam. Named for the dense resident moray eel population. Depths 5-18 m across coral slopes and scattered reef. Observed species include giant morays (signature), honeycomb and spotted morays, schools of fusilier, butterflyfish, nudibranchs, and seasonal bumphead parrotfish. Suitable for Open Water divers.
