Phil Foster Park (Blue Heron North)

The north-side snorkel trail at Phil Foster Park adjacent to the Blue Heron Bridge has planter pods and concrete reef modules at 3-6 m, with grass, sand, and ledge habitat carrying the same macro community as the bridge pilings proper. Easy entry off the grass, closed to boats, and dive-only during the 2-hour slack tide window.
