Pizza Reef

Jibbon Bombora, off Bundeena / Port Hacking (Cronulla), New South Wales, Australia

Small oblong/figure-8 reef ~70 x 30 m rising from 27 m sand to ~22 m with a central gully, a cave on the north-west corner and a smaller reef 10 m east. Extremely colourful fixed life (gorgonians, sponges) with a resident school of bastard trumpeters, blue devilfish, rare donut nembrotha nudibranchs and whale bones. One of Sydney's best reef dives. Depth 22 to 27 m.
