Sha'ab Samadai (Dolphin House)

Marsa Alam, Red Sea, Egypt

A horseshoe-shaped reef with a sheltered inner lagoon approximately 15 km south of Marsa Alam, Egypt. Resident spinner dolphin (Stenella longirostris) pod uses the lagoon as a daytime rest area. Managed under Red Sea Protectorates access quotas — in-water interaction permitted under supervised conditions. Reef walls descend to 30+ m outside the horseshoe with dense coral cover. Suitable for Open Water divers (inner area) through Advanced (outer wall).
