Vadhoo Caves

Vaadhoo, North Malé Atoll

Mushroom corals and fungia dot the sandy patches between reef sections. Giant trevallies hunt in packs along the channel margins. Grey reef shark, Napoleon wrasse, and cleaner wrasse frequent the area. Broadclub cuttlefish and bluefin trevally are also present throughout much of the year.
