Notable species here include reef manta ray, Napoleon wrasse, and coral grouper. Black coral trees grow in the deeper sections below 25 metres. Longfin bannerfish and leaf scorpionfish are also present throughout much of the year. Patient divers may also encounter whitetip reef shark along the reef.
