Wing Crevasse

Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands

The crevasse walls drop from roughly 10 meters to 35 meters, their surfaces decorated with red sea whips, encrusting sponges, and hard coral colonies. Napoleon wrasse rest among the coral, grey reef shark forage across the reef, and longnose butterflyfish hunt along the edges.
