Ammo Jetty (Woodman Point)

A heritage shore-access dive in Woodman Point Regional Park, approximately 9 km south of Fremantle, Western Australia. The original 1903 jetty was used for loading explosives; 1939 jetty piles are retained as heritage and support the dive habitat. Maximum depth approximately 6 m on the silty bottom. Observed species include seahorses, stargazers, octopus, cuttlefish, and diverse nudibranchs. Overhead concerns from jetty pylons and fishing lines; suitable for Open Water divers.
