Cape Banks Botany Bay

Cape Banks, La Perouse (northern headland of Botany Bay), New South Wales, Australia

Boat dive on the outside of Cape Banks with large gullies (30 m long, 10 m wide), 6+ caves/tunnels, swim-throughs and walls stepping from 5 to 13 to 20+ m; terrain from a few metres to almost 30 m offshore. Wreck remains of SS Minmi (1937) lie on the rock platform. Depth 5 to 30 m.
