Medhufushi Outside

This Meemu Atoll outer atoll reef known as Medhufushi Outside slopes from the reef crest at 4m down to 31m. Dense table corals and branching acropora dominate the shallows. Blue-striped snappers gather in large aggregations around coral bommies. Current picks up notably during tidal changes, bringing nutrient-rich water.
