The reef's isolation means resident fish populations are dense, with large schools of anthias, damselfish, and chromis packed around the coral heads. The surrounding sand attracts blue-spotted ribbontail rays, spotted garden eels, and hunting broadclub cuttlefish. Key species include chevron barracuda, mandarin fish, and bumphead parrotfish.
