Air Bubble Cave
Poor Knights Islands, Northland
A sea cave with a trapped air pocket at the rear, entrance at ten metres on Tawhiti Rahi Island's western face. Walls are covered in encrusting sponges and anemones. Sandager's wrasse, John Dory, and Tambja verconis nudibranch inhabit the passage.
