Delsan Wreck
Tubbataha Reef, Palawan
Named for the remnants of a small fishing vessel lost in a storm, Delsan Wreck offers a dynamic dive that pairs the intrigue of a shipwreck with vibrant reef life. The topography of sloping reefs and coral formations supports a wide range of species, and its standout feature is The Cut, a crevasse roughly 30 m deep and 20 m wide that acts as a natural channel where predators often hunt. Currents can vary from mild to strong and tend to boost the pelagic action. Grey and whitetip reef sharks, schools of rainbow runners, several barracuda species, snapper, grouper, fusiliers, and sweetlips fill the site with colour. Liveaboard access only; Advanced certification recommended.
